WELCOME TO HOLDEN HILL VET CLINIC

The Holden Hill Vet Story

Founded in 2002, the Holden Hill Veterinary Clinic has been a trusted name in animal care for over two decades. Our mission is simple: to provide exceptional and affordable medical and surgical care for your pets. We understand that pets are much more than animals—they are beloved family members.

Starting out as a family-owned clinic, we’ve worked hard to maintain that personal touch. Although our clinic is small, we pack it with advanced services, state-of-the-art equipment, and expert knowledge, all focused on delivering the highest standard of care. We take a calm and gentle approach to each patient, ensuring your pet feels safe and comfortable in our hands.

Our dedicated team of vets and vet nurses is committed to providing you with clear, thoughtful advice and support, empowering you to make the best decisions for your pet’s health and wellbeing. We believe in treating pets with the care they deserve and never offer unnecessary treatments. We pride ourselves on ethical care, not sales tactics!

Our Services

At Holden Hill Vet Clinic, we offer 15-minute veterinary consultations to assess and treat a wide range of conditions affecting your pets, including illness, accidents, behaviour issues, skin problems, dental concerns, and more. We care for a variety of animals, including dogs, cats, ferrets, rabbits, guinea pigs, rats, mice, chickens, cage and aviary birds, lizards, and snakes.

Our goal is to make your visit as stress-free as possible. For pets requiring more specialized care, we provide on-site diagnostic services such as digital X-ray, ultrasound, and blood analysis to get a more detailed picture of your pet’s health.

In the event of serious illness or injury, your pet will be treated in our hospital ward, where they will receive expert care from our experienced nursing staff.

House Calls

We offer house call services by appointment on weekdays, between 12pm - 4pm, subject to availability. This is a great option for pets who are anxious about visiting the clinic or for those with mobility challenges.

Microchipping

As of now, it is a legal requirement for all cats and dogs to be microchipped. Microchipping is an effective and reliable way to ensure that your pet can always be identified and safely returned to you if they ever get lost. We can microchipping during consultations, with minimal discomfort to your pet or during their desexing procedure.

Partnership

At Holden Hill Veterinary Clinic, we support cat rescues by providing essential desexing services to help manage the stray cat population. We also offer treatment and rehabilitation for injured or orphaned wildlife, ensuring their safe return to the wild. Our team is dedicated to improving the welfare of both domestic and wild animals.
